Internet Explorer settings For Faculty, Staff and
Students
In order to connect to the wireless LAN, you need to
enable proxy as shown below. Open Internet Explorer,
click on Tools and then select Internet Options.
Select Connections and click on LAN settings.
Enable proxy and bypass proxy server by checking the
boxes as shown in the figures below and then click
Advanced.
The proxy address should be entered as
dccproxy.dcc.kfupm.edu.sa and the port should be
80 as shown
Enter the information in "Proxy address to use"
and "Exceptions" as shown below.
